When placing an order it is important that you check your name and other details that may go on a label/personalised product are spelt correctly.
Please check your shopping cart details to make sure all names are spelt correctly and all contact information (phone numbers) are valid. The Idea Arc's Team, prints information exactly as it appears on your order invoice. Understandably, as this is a personalised product, we are unable to offer a refund from a typing error you may have made over the internet, or if you change your mind about your order. If on the rare occasion you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us - where the error is an error on our behalf - we will be happy to reprint the product and post it to you FREE of charge.
If you choose not to exchange the product, you will then receive your money back to your original card or bank account. As reprints and quality issues rarely occur, we may be ask that you return the product to us for inspection, so that we may do further quality inspections as we pride ourselves on quality, durability and customer satisfaction.
As per the distance selling regulations you have the right to 7 days to cancel your order for all non-personalised goods without having to pay anything. We ask that the goods be returned to us in saleable condition at your expense and risk, within 21 days of you telling us you wish to return your goods.
We guarantee that our Iron-On labels will stick through thick and thin. When applied correctly, the label is meant to fuse to the fabric and should stick permanently. All our orders are supplied with a full set of instructions. Application instructions are also available on each page of the website on the instructions tabs on the product pages.
All our vinyl labels are microwave and top rack dishwasher safe.
Labels that may have been incorrectly applied may lift when applied to damp, dusty or oily surface, or if it has been applied with a bubble in the label,allowing for some steam from the water to get under the label itself. Try another label and make sure it is applied with no bubbles or creases on to a clean dry surface. If after doing all this you are still not satisfied then please get in touch with us.
